About Before and After photographs
Looking at photographs is the best way to understand what is possible in Plastic Surgery. It gives you a sense of your surgeon’s aesthetic appreciation and artistic ability.
When you look at these pictures please understand that some images will have different lighting and this will affect the way in which you see the result. This is especially true in facial photographs. The patient may have makeup in one photograph and not in the other. Dr. Marefat usually takes his after pictures three months after surgery. Most of the swelling is resolved by this time and you can get a sense of the final result.
Look at as many before and after photographs as possible. Try to find that body shape or facial feature that most resembles yours. But remember that there are many factors that determine the ultimate result. You must talk to a plastic surgeon to see what is possible for you.
