Dr. Marefat has had priviledges at Fairfax Hospital since 1992. He can perform your plastic surgery at Fairfax Hospital if you wish. Normally he performs Multiple area liposuctions, combined procedures, and complicated cases in the hospital. If he feels that your health condition is not suitable for outpatient surgery or the surgery was too long, he may admit you after your procedure. Usually simple procedures such as limited Liposuction, regular Tummy Tuck (abdominoplasty), or Breast Augmentation can be done as an outpatient. However if you combine these procedures together and have multiple procedures done on the same day this may result in a lenghty operation. In such cases, it may be safer for you to have this procedure done in the hosptial and be admitted afterwards for a few days of observation.
