Case#5
These photographs show a young woman with unequal breasts who underwent lifting and enlargement of the breasts in order to achieve symmetry. One breast was slightly reduced and then an implant was placed under the breast. The other breast was augmented. Both breasts were lifted to position the nipples over the top of the breast mound. By placing equal size implants and having equal amounts of breast tissue symmetry of the breasts is more likely to be achieved.
