These photographs show a 32 year old female who underwent breast enlargement with saline implants. These implants were placed partly under the muscle and partly under the breast tissue. She did not want to lift the nipples so a implant large enough to fill the skin envelope was chosen. This was a 475cc implant. The pictures were taken about 3 months after surgery.
